This is a good example of a properly entered PDR ticket:

• Allergies are carried through the entire ticket and are listed below any shared items. Seat numbers could also be entered after the allergy, but before in this case is okay.

• Seat numbers for substitute items are listed individually when possible (entrees), or as a memo when shared (pizza).

• Special instructions are clear and concise (pizza portions).
